In the example below, it was a bracelet offered to a mother, for the recent birth of a second baby girl.

How to order custom jewelry?

  • You make a request to the company PERLEZIENNE, either through social media, email, or the dedicated form above, specifying your wishes (size, colors, patterns, etc.).
  • After the designer has consulted on the project's feasibility, she will contact you and commit to making as many proposals as possible until your final agreement.
  • The designer will also send you the available colors for your validation before the project's creation.
  • You will then receive an
    estimate by email, including: A "creation package" which may vary depending on the time taken to design the final pattern; a base price for the jewelry concerned, depending on the desired number of rows; possibly, shipping costs at current rates are to be expected.
  • After your final agreement on the estimate, Mélodie will proceed with the creation of the agreed product.
  • You will receive a photo of the finalized product for approval, then an invoice will be generated and sent by email.
  • Payment is made on a case-by-case basis, also in consultation with you: deposit, cash payment, bank transfer, etc.
  • Once payment is received, your product will be sent to you according to your instructions.

By scrupulously respecting their requests, while advising them on the best choices to make for their project: As long as the customer is not entirely satisfied with their beaded personalization, she will continue to propose solutions, colors, and patterns. A true dialogue will be established for maximum satisfaction.

It is important to know that the quote established during the request takes into account a theoretical number of working hours for the project. If this number of hours were to be exceeded, the surplus would not be charged to the customer!
